Shipping Policy
Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated at time of checkout, based on weight, package dimensions and shipping destination. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method.
- Free shipping offers apply to e-commerce orders within the mainland USA and excludes, Hawaii, Alaska and other outlying US islands. Free shipping does not apply to international or wholesale orders.
- International customers are subject to additional custom duties or clearance fees once the package reaches their local country. Hayes Paper Co is not responsible for these additional taxes or duties, this is the responsibility of the customer. You can contact your local customs office in advance if you would like additional information.
Shipping zones:
- USA Mainland 53 states and excludes Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands. Any Free shipping offers apply to this Shipping zone only. If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping your shipping rate will be calculated at check out.
- Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands rates are calculated at checkout and customer can select shipping service
- Rest of the world orders are shipped using DHL and the customer is responsible for verifying the correct address at checkout.
Order processing and fulfillment promise:
- We fulfill orders Monday to Friday from our California warehouse. We strive to fulfill your order within 24-48 hours of being placed, subject to public holidays. If your order was placed on Friday, we can not guarantee it will ship before the weekend and it may ship Monday.
Shipping Transit time:
- Shipping times are estimated from the time your order is fulfilled (see above), not at the time the order is placed. Once the carrier picks up your order or it is delivered to their facility we can not guarantee the transit time listed at check out. This is an estimate and is out of our control once the carrier has the package.
- Carriers do their best to meet the shipping deadlines but orders can be delayed due to many factors.
- If your package is late to arrive or you feel as though it is taking longer than promised, please contact us at hello@hayespaper.com with your order number.
- We do not offer refunds for late orders but do our best to assist you with any carrier issues.
Tracking your package:
- Every order receives a tracking number that is emailed to your email on file automatically at the time the shipping label is created.
- You will periodically receive tracking updates, once the order ships, is out for delivery and when it is delivered. If you are not receiving notifications, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure you add our email address to your contact list hello@hayespaper.com.
